They noticed scratches and marks I never paid attention to; and found some of my missing make ups (haha). I texted them a bit late after sending my car in to tell them no need to handle my boot as it was full of boxes but they went out of their way to move the boxes out for cleaning and then moving them back in again after. So sorry for the inconvenience caused (there were some very heavy stuffs in there).
Otherwise, the car is extremely clean inside out. I was very satisfied. In addition to that, I really appreciate how they explained which kind of services I need to remove what kind of marks or stains so I definitely will return again for a second booking to remove the stains/marks!

A double chocolate faceplant on the passenger seat left a rank smell that wouldn't go away. RKH not only got rid of the smell but now my car interior smells like a dream. Old stains vanished too. Highly recommended. 12/10 experience, great service and lovely, friendly staff!
